The surgery will undertake medicals and write letters, for which a charge will be made (the receptionists have a list of tariffs).

Examples of non-NHS work includes insurance, black cab, LGV, sub-aqua medicals, travel and certain letters for school/workplaces.

If you have a form that requires a GP to fill in or sign, please leave it with reception. It will be passed to our admin team who will be able to inform you if it can be completed and the fee.

If you would like to request a letter, or inquire if another non-NHS service is available in surgery, please submit an online consultation with information.

Please note: the surgery can currently only accept cash or cheque payments at the door. Please contact our admin team if you would like our details to complete a bank transfer.
