Online Consultations

Online consultations open at 8am each weekday morning, excluding bank holidays. There are a limited number of online consultation available each day, for medical or admin requests.

If you have been invited to book an appointment, such as a cervical screening or pill check, or have been asked to book a medication review or appointment to discuss results, please contact the surgery on the phone to book. You will not be given an appointment by submitting an online request.

If you require an appointment for an issue that will require a face-to-face appointment, please call the surgery to book an appointment, rather than submitting an online consultation.

Repeat prescription requests cannot be submitted by sending an online consultation. Please download the NHS App or contact your pharmacy to request repeat medication. The medication will not be issued by submitting an online request.

If you are submitting a photo or document alongside your request, please make sure it is clear and in good lighting. Please do not send photos of intimate areas.

Please make sure you provide your up-to-date mobile number, as we may call or text with an appointment or further information. Thank you.

Important Information: Surgery Closure for Staff Training

Please be aware that on Thursday 25th April, from 12.30pm until 4.30pm, the surgery will be closed for staff training.

If you need medical assistance when we're closed and cannot wait until we re-open, please visit 111.nhs.uk or call 111.

In a medical emergency, please call 999.

Services at the practice will fully resume from 4.30pm on the same day.
