WALK IN CLINIC RESTARTING ON MONDAY 1ST NOVEMBER 2021

From Monday 1st November 2021, our walk in clinic will be re-starting in surgery.

If you feel you must be seen then you should come to the surgery between 08:30 and 10:30, and sit and wait for the next available Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. These appointments cannot be pre-booked on the day.

You will be seen in order of arrival. There is no need to call first and you cannot specify which clinician you see.

We are unable to admit patients for the walk in before 8.30am due to restrictions on room, so please do not arrive before this time.

The walk in clinic is only for patients registered at Woodlands Surgery.

IMPORTANT NOTE - FACE COVERINGS

Please note that patients and visitors to the surgery will be required to wear a face covering and socially distance,

after 19th July 2021 and until further notice, in accordance with practice policy.

Please click here to read guidance from NHS England.

Please also see this poster before visiting the surgery. Thank you.

WHY ARE GP PRACTICES WORKING DIFFERENTLY?

Using eConsult at the Weekend

If you require support over the weekend (including Bank Holidays), you can still use the eConsult service for self-help and pharmacy advice regarding your condition.

If you have a medical problem and you're not sure what to do, please call 111 or use the 111 online service which you can access here.

As always for immediate emergencies, please call 999.
