Avoid a Crisis; Be Prepared

Do you keep a spare inhaler or other medications? Ask your chemist, doctor or nurse about extra medications to start yourself if you are ill.

Mondays to Fridays

We have a walk in clinic for patients who fell unwell and need to see someone that day between 10 and 11am. The clinic is covered by both GP’s and Nurse Practitioners. This service is only for Woodlands Surgery patients.

For advice and access to appointments with a GP when your own doctor’s surgery is closed weekends and nights you can call the NHS 111 service free.

District Nurses are for wound, catheter, stoma and continence problems and on going care:

Urgent Care Centre: Queen Mary's Sidcup

This is a 24 hour nurse-led walk-in service for minor injuries.

Casualty Departments

Queen Elizabeth, Woolwich. Princess Royal, Farnborough and Darent Valley Hospital are all nearby casualty departments close to Woodlands Primary Care.
